xds-iti62 Component

The xds-iti62 component provides interfaces for actors of the Delete Document Set IHE transaction (ITI-62), which is described in the IHE XDS Metadata Update Supplement, Section 3.62.

Producer side corresponds to the Document Administrator actor. Consumer side corresponds to the Document Registry actor.

In a Maven-based environment, the following dependency should be registered in pom.xml:

Endpoint URI format

Producers

Producer endpoint URI of the xds-iti62 component has the following format:

where hostname is either an IP address or a domain name, port is a decimal number, and /path/to/service represents additional path elements of the remote service. URI parameters are optional and control special features as described in the corresponding section below.

Consumers

An important prerequisite of exposing xds-iti62 consumers is a properly configured deployment container.

Consumer endpoint URI of the xds-iti62 component has the following format:

The resulting URL of the exposed IHE Web Service endpoint depends on both the configuration of the deployment container and the serviceName parameter provided in the Camel endpoint URI. For example, when a Tomcat container on the host eHealth.server.org is configured in the following way:

  • port = 8888,
  • contextPath = /IHE,
  • servletPath = /xds/*,

and serviceName equals to "iti62Service", then the xds-iti62 consumer will be available for external clients under the URL

Additional URI parameters are optional and control special features as described in the corresponding section below.

Component features

This component supports a set of features which are shared among many IPF IHE components. To avoid redundancy, their descriptions are summarized in corresponding documents and linked below:
